1.1 General duration and duration of the program. The VIP program is a flexible licensing program that allows qualified and eligible customers to manage and provide product licenses acquired through the program. The VIP Program is an affiliate program with license subscription terms, as further defined in Section 3.4 of this Agreement. As soon as the organization registers for membership through the VIP Administration user interface and is included in the program by Adobe, the organization is a member of the program (“member”) until (a) Adobe terminates the program, b) this agreement terminates. Member participation is also subject to the conditions set out in the Program Guide, which may be updated from time to time and is available under www.adobe.com/go/vip_program_guide_en (“Program Manual”). The program guide is included in the agreement by reference. Adobe may change the terms of the program at its discretion. If the program terms change, the member may need to accept the program terms again in the console. 2.3 Use of the School Site Only.

Any K-12 localization license granted to your institution allows your institution to use the K-12 Site License software only on a school site. “A school site” means a school located at a single street address. For installation or use at additional sites, additional K-12 localization licenses must be purchased separately. The K-12 location license is limited to the installation of all the software contained (regardless of the platform) in the license acquired, the maximum number of computers owned or leased by the authorized institution in the section above and depending on the type of license acquired by your institution. Adobe K-12 localization licenses for certain Adobe software may be ordered by accredited educational institutions as part of Adobe`s Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP) and Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) and only in countries where K-12 localization licenses are offered. If your institution has ordered a K-12 localization license, explain by copying, installing, or using Adobe software made available to your institution in accordance with the K-12 localization license, copying, installing, or using some or all of them, Adobe software made available to your institution in accordance with the K-12 localization license. agrees that your institution is subject to the following conditions and accepts them. With the current End User License Agreement for the Adobe Software Product (EULA), the K-12 Site License Terms govern your installation`s use of the Adobe Software. As used in these K-12 conditions of licence, any wholesale terms that are not defined elsewhere in the K-12 conditions of licence have the importance attributed to those terms in EASA.
