今日の夜20：30よりヘレスのサラ・コンパニアにてフォスフォリートのカンテ講義がある。ちなみに明日はマティルデコラルのバイレ講義の予定。
ヘレスの人にフォスフォリートってどう発音するの？と聞くとフォッフォリートだって。やっぱり「ス」は発音しないらしい。
フォスフォリートってどんな人だったっけ？と思い、スーツケースの中にしまってあるフラメンコDVDに出てたことを思い出し探してみる。
昔新聞と一緒に売られていて、毎回購入したフラメンコDVD「Rito y Geografia del cante」に出ていた。（スペインではよく新聞と一緒に何かおまけがついていて、そのおまけ目的で新聞を購入したりします。）
「Rito y Geografia del cante」は昔放送されたスペイン国営放送、RTVEの番組を収録したもの。
3年前に買ったDVD。1年ぶりに取り出して見てみた。
このDVDには昔の有名な歌い手さんが沢山出ていて、パロの説明とか地方の説明とか歴史的背景とか説明をはさみつつ歌い手さんが歌う様子が収録されている。
このDVDに出てくるフォスフォリートは随分若い。今は何歳になってるんだろう。

42º FESTIVAL DE CANTE GRANDE FOSFORITO
(Flamenco Festival)
Next August 14th, it will be celebrated the 42ª Edition of the Festival de Cante Grande Fosforito in Puente Genil, Córdoba (Spain) .It will be, as every year, big figures of the Flamenco scene like Antonio Fdez. Díaz "Fosforito", Macanita and David Pino, Fernando Terremoto, Julián Estrada, big figures of the dance with Carmelilla and big musicians like Manuel Silveria, Antonio Soto, Diego del Morao, Antonio del Patrocinio, Alfredo Lagos and Gabriel Expósito.
The history of the Festival de Cante Grande de Puente Genil began August 16th, 1967, which turns him into one of the most ancient of this country, when Manolo Baena, Antonio and Pepe Rivas, Pascual García and the Mayor Miguel Robledo managed to bring together, in the court of the Instituto Laboral "Manuel Reina", artists so known as Mariquilla, Montoyita, Manolo Limón, Juan "Habichuela", and the great flamenco star "Fosforito”.
In the successive years the artistic event made grow the national interest at the same time as, for their stages were passing representatives of the Flamenco very recognized in Spain and and in the rest of the world, such as Paco de Lucía, Camarón, Mairena, Luis de Córdoba, Calixto Sanchez, Terremoto, Meneses, Chocolate, Jose Mercé, Pansequito, Fernanda de Utrera, La Paquera, Aurora Vargas, Carmen Linares, Julián Estrada, David Pino, "Habichuela", Silveria, Tomatito, Cepero, Manolo Franco, Matilde Corral, Manuela Carrasco and many more.
Also, in different editions, emotive honorings were done to the biggest of the Flamenco as to "Niño Hierro ", Pedro Lavado, Jiménez Rejano, Terremoto de Jerez, Antonio and Curro Mairena, Camarón, Rafael Romero, Agustín " El Gitano ", Beni de Cadiz, " Niña de la Puebla ", Melchor de Marchena, Manolo Cano and Pedro Bacán, because they made possible the enjoyment of so many fans, with their art and their indisputable human qualities.
Someone says that the difficult thing is not to come but to keep, and the Festival obtained it fully since, and today it forms a part of the history of the Flamenco and is a pride for the Andalusians and the Spanish people.
